Big water - Waves that top out at 8ft or better, holes big enough to swallow a semi, giant curlers & reactionaries, etc.

Think New River Gorge sized waves, but add a lot more rocks and holes to dodge. Outside the U.S. I would think that the Zambezi,White Nile, and the Stikine would have some Big Water class V's on them.
