	Andrew Snieder who was tearing it up on Linville, now is just happy to run Sinks and Ledges. I think it's been 10 months since his surgery. Better not to really injure it bad in the forst place. When Cornett messed up his shoulder on Big Creek, it was a repeat injury to something he had done a week or 2 previously. He was out for 3 months or so, but refused to go to the doctor (Something in the water in Lenoir City that makes it's residents not too bright, which explains Louie also). REST REST REST! I'm sure gentle stretching and yoga could help also. Ducky Out, James
