That should be your main question. I'm 160lbs in the Burn M..but I like a little more boat under me in the winter when the water is high or when I'm hauling lots of gear. I like the Burn L and Everest at my weight and actually spent the whole winter in an Everest. You should definitely try the Burn M before making your decision, as it's a great boat for your size, but if you want your edges higher out of the water and more volume in your boat, you may want to stick with the Burn L for a creeker. On the other hand, if you plan to use the boat as a river runner, the Burn M will also also be fine at your weight.
