165 is the realistic max weight.  The slight keel in the front becomes too engaged beyond 165 and you'll find that it gets a bit harder to turn.  You'll also start to sub through holes instead of going over them...just a slightly different style to learn.  That said, I love mine.  It does everything well.  Backband set-up SUCKS though!  Flimsy plastic hooks that cant take the pressure of the bunjees.  Going to drill through my cockpit combing and fix the problem once and for all.  Nothing worse than being in the middle of a stout rapid when the backband pops and drops under your ass....not the end of the world, but it sure will piss you off!  That's my only real complaint.
