When the government gets overly involved, things can get screwed up.
We seem to have one agency battling another branch battling the courts.
Outcome is we get screwed, whether at the beach or the river.
If all the fishermen were that concerned with the environment they wouldn't leave trash behind.
Two arguments for the Chatt. ban were trash left by boaters and bits of plastic on the rocks.
The other biggie was the wilderness experience, 4X4s on a beach isn't too wilderness.
We (boaters) are all after the same thing, being able to boat in beautiful fun places without hassles from the government.
As far as posting here, it is about BOATING, not selling a house , barber shops or global warming.
