question Best glue for ... New

attaching pads to plastic boats?  One of the knee pads on my new Jackson fun is separating from the boat up near the flange that extends out from the cockpit rim.  Actually, it was never attached solid to begin with but has gotten to the point where I need to fix it because getting in and out of the boat is pulling it off even more.  Love the boat, just wish the right knee pad had been stuck on as good as the left.  Any advice on the best glue to use?  From threads, it sounds like aquaseal is great but may not stick to the smooth plastic surface of the boat.  Thanks in advance.
