Fortunately several others did. I took the folks that were with us up there and just casually said, "I wonder if there's any mail for me in the river mailbox". They looked at me like "Right, like you come here to the wilderness and people always leave you messages" Sure enough there was about a half dozen letters for me at the cabin.
