	Or am I reading it wrong. They are limiting the number of groups to four per section. This seams o.k. for a weekday but what about the weekend? It seems like it will be a roll of the dice for me to drive 5 hours to not get to run because the four groups have already put on. Please correct me if I am reading this wrong. I personally think that this should be contested. Is it better than nothing? Sure, but we shouldn't compromise our rights. -Bryan
