	Like I said in a comment above, the fact they will allow any access at all shows the National Forest Services acknowledges their boating ban is illegal. Even with limited access, I'm positive boating enthusiasts will file suit for total access. But since you guys are so adamantly against partial access, I hope to God I don't see any of you out on the river next year (if they do open partial access) because to do so would be hypocritical. Stand by your convictions, and I'll declare that you are dead right on the money.
