So a few months back there was mud slung back and forth on BT. At the center of the issue was a group of paddlers called out for some sketchy lines and lack of safety on the North Fork of the Blackwater.
1. It doesn't matter where you are from, or how you protect yourself from sunburn, river safety is important. Throwbags are more important that pictures.
2. No disagreement or internet drama I've seen on boatertalk justifies running into another paddler on the Upper Yough while screaming obscenities at them. Whats next, slash his tires at the put in? If you have a problem with what is said on here, speak up, defend yourself, or brush it off. Don't try to pin a guy against a rock in the warm up rapids.
3. Better yet, post the video you shot on the NF Blackwater, so everyone can see it. Maybe you got called out for no reason and we were just being jerks.
