	We were paddling entire river that day down to fishtop and a group of about 6 tubers were on the river. They parked their cars in the fishermen spots at the Narrows put-in (Gallimore Road). On that day, there was no safety boater or duckier. They did walk Bayle's Boof, at least. Obviously, the Upper Green isn't some hardcore run, but the rapids on there are plenty powerful enough to drown someone (Wanda's) or crack open an unprotected skull. I hope this doesn't become a trend.
