	stay away from anyplace near "Broadway", "Magnolia", or "Martin Luther King anthing" seriously not good areas. basically east knox county sucks. parts of south knox are ok, north is pretty rural and red-neckish, west knox is the prettiest but can be expensive- lots of "fake" people shopping outlet/malls and subdivions out the whazoo. Since you are UT students I'd look off Chapman Hwy somewhere that is within reasonable driving distance but not too close to downtown (AKA across the river, over Henley St bridge) you better hurry too, with school starting in Aug. the good places to rent are going fast.
