Im trying to learn how to roll. and so far I can do the hand of god but thats only cause I cant do any other one.... and I have spent a few hours trying to get the sweep roll but no such luck...... any tips for a newbie in TN ????

Pay for some instruction. It will help you not develop bad habits and will steepen the learning curve.
