	and as long as you don't have kids, there are awesome areas around Broadway. Historic North Knox and Fourth and Gill are excellent neighborhoods. beautiful and great locations. 1 mile from downtown. South knox is sweet, but there are some bad areas there. Your options are Westwood, Sutherland, Sequoyah if you luch out on a deal, South Knox, and North knox south of washington pike. Gimme a shout when you get in town and are looking. Welcome to Knoxville, aka pussy town via WillLyons. It won't be as pussy now.
