Not! If it's such a sensitive issue for river access and the last thing that he wants it to have a fatality on the river, why in the hell would he leave a boater that he deems as "un-safe" to run that shit by himself? He should have done anything that he could to make sure that this "hardcore bozo" got down the river.
I bet he wouldn't be so cocky about his actions if he turned on the channel 5 news tonight and saw that a boater died on that section of river today. Since when did we get this ridiculous? It seems that we have our priorities in the wrong place these days. I guess that's why some of us stop to help "troubled" boaters and some of us just give them the "bird" as we go by. I'll help rafters, duckies, tubes, kayaks, and canoes get down a section of river. I don't want to see anyone get hurt or killed on a river and know that I could have possibly prevented it.
