	BUT I mean you're not taking in the account that he was initially unresponsive to my concerns!  I acted in what I thought was the best way to convince this guy, who im sure is an alright guy, that I thought he should get off the water and come back another time.  For all you know the reason there isn't that "channel 5 headline" is because of the way I acted in the situation.      Its completely arbitrary and it all comes down to convincing a less-experienced paddler not to completely risk it life without the proper safety or group size, and the access issue. We will see who else is whining when the only 20 footer within a few hours is ohiopyle falls and youre only running it once a year. AND lastly what ducky or rafter or tuber or whatever else would you ever find scouting a dangerous class V section of rapids, only an expert????????????
