They're the Canadian version of the Gazateer.

Another great  (free!) option is this website:

pretty sweet service provided by our tax dollars, full views of all of Canukistan

Also, once in BC, stop in at the Forest Service office in the area you'll be boating in, they often have maps showing forest service campsites (cheap, as in free if you don't get caught). They can also tell you which logging roads have active hauling, not a bad idea to wait at the gate of an active road for an inbound truck to call your miles for you as you head in after them if you don't have a VHF capable of handling commercial channels....
