	Not really sure I agree, coming from both sides I did A LOT more driving in the SE just trying to chase the water. It's a lot nicer IMO having a reliable spring melt with several rivers within an hour of the house. In the spring, I paddle every day which is something I never did in the SE unless you count back in the early 1990s when it use to rain :)
