Seriously though, how about some constructive advice?  Since you used to train dogs, how do you get one to stop barking?  Helix hates the spray bottle, but it's not that effective, since if you don't squirt him as he's barking, he doesn't know why he's being disciplined.  In my opinion barking is a tougher habit to break than others, especially since you don't necessarily want to dog to not bark at all, just not for attention or for no reason, but I'm no dog trainer.  What do you suggest?  Ever tried one of the citronella bark collars?  I think the owners can be a little sensitive because they don't want people to think their dogs are "bad", but don't really know how to approach the problem.  I'd be happy to let them know any advice you may have.  They don't read BT.
