	You could almost rock jump across the river in the shoals below the bull, the Bull was a trickle, and Woodall wouldn't even hold an inner tube.  This was at 0.4-0.5 on the bridge. The online gauge seems to have a hard time going below 0.6.  I would not trust those online #s at levels this low.
