I had a 2004 4Fun which survived 250+ days of my abuse (including flying off my racks a couple of times) and is going strong with its current owner. I currently have 2007 Allstar that survived with just some gouges after being run over and dragged under a car when somebody wasn't paying attention at the local takeout.  It is doing well after 100+ days of use with no evidence of oil canning despite my less than stellar storage approach. There were some problems with the blue plastic early in the 2007 production process so I would stay away from 2007 blue models if you can.
