Most of them do but the ones that have washers on the back side such as the aluminum bars that attach to the seat may require a sawzall, hacksaw or dremel to cut it of on the back side right in front of the washer.  start out by trying to drill it with a bit that is smaller than the hole and go up in size if need be.  When you get the rivet gun, also get a variety of different size rivets.
