	Yesterday the lake level dropped 0.2 ft without a scheduled release.  That is about the same amount it typically drops from a 7am-12n release.  In fact, this is the second time in the past week that it has dropped by this amount when there was no release planned.  Otherwise, the lake level has risen about 0.1 ft per day when it is shut down. So what's the story?  Does anyone know if they've had a couple of un-announced releases during the week?
