mentions the Encampment river in wyoming. I have fished and paddled this river. He neglects to mention that there is unrestricted boating on this river. The fishing is excellent and there are boats going through on a regular basis. This guy is a tool that needs to be sure of his examples. The Encampment is a great river to fish and paddle.
