	I worked and worked on getting the footblock cut right but still had foot cramp issues. I ordered the Liquid Logic Cone of Comfort from CKS about $20. Put it up front with nothin else, it's just a cone made of foam that you insert in the bow. Provides padding all around your feet. I could stay in the boat all day with this set up and had excellent contact for control. I am 5'10" size 10 feet.
