That analogy doesn't stretch my mind too much-  except Pillow has a rude bump in the road at 700 which doesn't really have a correlation on the UY.  Oh yeah-  and the rocks look different-  the UG rocks are rockier looking (please note- I am just kidding here).
  But-  I don't see why ya'll are calling the UG "low" at 700 cfs.  "Low" is below 250 ~ ELFin levels.  700 is bunches and plenty.

Richard- Friday my daughter and I snagged a great Cheat Canyon run at 140 cfs.  I don't know if you could got one of those humongous canoe things down at that level- but it was way plenty for our humble Thrillseekers.  And- there were no crowds!

But-   re the initial comparison   yeah-  but the UY is~ c  r  o  w  d  e  d!
The UG at 700 is a pretty lonely place.  So- see?  that's a big difference too.  And the the rocks are rockier looking.
