IMO the Stretch is great and probally the most overlooked 'all arounder' on the market.  When I joined Team Pyranha it was one of the first 2 boats I ordered (the other being an Everest).  It plays as good as the others you mentioned, but river runs better IMO.

As far as the outfitting goes.  Your right, it isn't the easiest to adjust, but unless you run a demo fleet or padding school I don't see that as an bad thing.  Once I get a boat set up to fit me I like that Pyranha outfitting is super solid and doesn't move or slide.  I've found that boats that are really easy to adjust often result in outfitting that moves when I don't want it to.
