not that many wait anymore.

Just yesterday a good friend of mine took his inaugural run down the Narrows.  He could have probably gotten down it much sooner but he wanted to wait until he was ready.  When he had paid his dues, his paddling buds knew he was ready, and we showed him down...he had a great day on the river.

Not saying you arent ready cause I dont know you from Adam, but when your paddling buds say you are ready and are willing to take you down, that is your time.  Please dont just show up to the git-in and try to poach, it's bad form, and bad etiquette.

It's an incredible stretch of river and well worth waiting for.

ps.  Upper & Lower Green hardly qualify you as a Narrows boater(Not even in the same class as the Green Narrows).  What other Class IV-V runs do you have under your belt?  Assuming this is not a Troll.
