I believe it is two exits from the Noli gorge exit. It is essentially in the River Park Campground. Look for the signs for the campground and follow it about 5 miles. I know there is a day use fee for the campground but i don't know how much. The campground has a very nice setup and is worth the money.

I am sure someone else can give you road names but really it is very easy to find.
