Anybody ever tear a labrum? Did you live with it or have surgery? If surgery, was it arthroscopic? GRITS New

	I tore my labrum several years ago and had problems with dislocations for a long time so I decided to see a doctor. The doctor sent me in for an MRI and found I'd torn my labrum. He gave me the option of surgery or rehab. I chose rehab, took 2 months off, and haven't looked back since...others I've known with the surgery that although they say they had a "full recovery" always complain about aches and never seem to trust the shoulder again. good luck
