	And do you suppose, that, just maybe, you could figure out how to bring it to AW's attention instead of expecting others to do it? I agree that it seems to be a law trying to invent a solution to a problem that is nearly non-existent, but look at the bright side. They seem to think there are only about 30 dams in the whole state. Arguing with them might just make them wonder what the fuss is about, and they might figure out that there are a lot more dams out there.
