Had a bud taking his dad down the Middle G this past weekend in a ducky.  We paddled from Mason Branch to Bucklick (Koontz Flume).  Had to hike down the Panther Creek trail to the put-in which was a bear (ranger at gate on road only letting raft traffic down).  Any other options?  Using Woods Ferry would have been too short of a run.
