Lowes and home depot carry loctite aquamarine slow cure two part epoxy.  I fixed my shogun a month ago using this epoxy and it worked really well.  The outer layer was separating from the foam inner core on the end.  I put piece of sandpaper in and sanded both sides, using a spackle knife put the epoxy in real good, and then put it in a vice grip to hold pressure on it while it dried (put cardboard between paddle and vice grip on each side).  Once it dries, sand off any excess that was squeezed out and dried
