I had an arthroscopic labrum repair about 3.5 years ago and feel pretty damn good today. I do work hard though, spending 3-5 days a week in the gym and the rest paddling, mtn biking, running etc. Surgeon reported that the posterior labrum was damaged enough that he wasn't able to make a full repair, which motivates me even more to work hard and keep the associated muscles strong.
What do you like for rotator cuff/rear deltiod exercises? Bent over, cross cable reverse flys are one of my go-tos for rear delts and pushups with feet on a swiss ball, hands on different sized medicine balls is fun for rotator cuff. Also really like doing renegade rows with pushups (pushups with hands on dumbells, with a row with each arm between pushups). What else though?
