make sure you wipe the inside clean with alcohol...take the gorilla tape, and cover up the gash on the inside. it will handle the class III runs, and it ought to be fine for a long time.

works best if you alcohol like he says, then HEAT final product well with gun, til all "crinkly-like"

no need to get it off... good fix for their situation. acetone works well if needed. good temp fix, welding better..
