	1. Remove the upper nut if attached. 2. Slide the plastic "T nut" all the way to back until it is pinched in place.  You can then screw in the bolt with out breaking you fingers. 3. Attache the upper nut. I fucked up and removed it once, took me a while t figure it out.

If  I do that, the hole in the nut is not lined up with the groove correctly to accept the screw. DangerJudy New

I dunno, flip it around maybe, flip the T nut around willdabeast New
