Just wondering because it has seemed like the last two years or so if you swim out of the left side of the hole it does not feed as bad back towards the middle- wants to spit you out if you swim aggressively towards the eddy.  Just wondering if it was recently that you saw this happen.

In addition, I disagree with the tallulah/ cheoah comparisons.  I think tallulah is much more technical, but significantly less pushy, even on sundays.  however, both rivers deserve respect (probably more than they get)- they will beat the crap out of you if you are running rapids upside down or swimming.  Not so much on the LG.  I would be had pressed to pick any rapid on either run that i would want to run upside down- and i've done it on most of the tallulah rapids at least once.
