	If you've been used to warm rivers the water at the put in at Flanagan will feel really cold. If you play a lot or think you might swim bring a drytop for sure. I even put my skull cap on when playing at the bottom hole in 20 stitches. I went to Ratliff hole and surfed Saturday evening and it seemed to had warmed up a bit by the time it got down there. Hopefully the lake will turn over soon but probably not by this weekend.
