I'm sure you'll get lots of feedback. The two solutions are: stretch the gasket or trim the gasket. And there are pros and cons and opinions galore on the two methods.

To stretch, you put something a bit larger than the wrist, like a food can, in the gasket and leave it there for 24-48 hours. If it's still too tight, put in something a bit larger in diameter and repeat. Don't stretch it too much. Some say this weakens the gasket. Perhaps. Just wearing it will naturally stretch it over time.

To trim, stretch it over something round, like the food can. There should be parallel ribs running up the gasket. With a razor blade or exacto knife, carefully cut off the outer ring. Repeat to fit, being aware that the gasket should fit snug to be waterproof and will stretch a bit over time. If you nick the gasket in the axis of the arm, you've weakened it there and it will likely tear.

We recommend stretching. I think Kokatat recommends trimming.

Stay tuned for more comments!
