Hey Guys,

Sorry you didn't receive your membership cards. We send out new membership cards twice a week so each of you should have received your cards long ago. Maybe they got lost in the mail. Shoot an email to Carla, our Membership Services Coordinator, at membership@americanwhitewater.org with your info and she'll clear it up for you as soon as she can. Rest assured your membership is in place, you're just short your card.

Likewise, don't hesitate to contact us if there's ever a problem or a question about your membership. If we don't get any feedback then it's unlikely that we know there's a problem. AW is very proud to have the support of our awesome members, so if there has been some mistake let us know.

As for receiving renewal mailings after you've renewed that shouldn't happen, although it appears that it did. I couldn't say what happened in your specific case but maybe there was a delay in between receiving your renewal and having it applied to your account. Same thing applies here as I mentioned above, let us know. We do our best to take care of all our members but sometimes mistakes happen. If it happens again shoot us an email (membership@americanwhitewater.org) or a phone call (1-866-BOAT-4-AW) and we'll do our best to fix it.

All the best,

Jeff Paine
