Twice I've amost put my hands on a copperhead on RR just below Hell Hole. Be careful out there!

More than likely a "water snake"...looks alot like a copperhead.

Saw two snakes in one stop on river left below Diamond Splitter a few years back.

Copperheads really dont hang out in or near the water.probably a watersnake

I also have seen copperheads on the Ocoee...It is a hot spot for them
