	and then switched over to the real job realm.  Basically, place leadership roll and the saftey aspects.  Just having "Whitewater Rafting Guide" on your resume will help you out.  Many people (that don't know how smelly raft guides really are) are amazed that someone could actually do that as a job.  It's a real plus having that on a resume.   I still believe having that on my resume helped land my current position.  I talked during the interview with my future boss for 75% of the time about rafting.  They had rafted the Gauley/New once before and it led to great conversation and ultimatly the job.
