I'd try a Pyranha Stretch - probably M/L for your size... New

it's a great river runner and it will still surf a wave well. Actually if I had to limit my fleet to one boat that might be my choice as it can also handle creeking well. And you can probably find one fairly cheap as they did not catch as a popular boat. If you are anyplace near Columbus Ohio you are welcome to try mine. I may even consider selling it as I am moving soon and looking to reduce my fleet by a few boats as I will have limited storage space in the future. Email me thru BT if you're interested.
I agree with your decision to get out of the Redline - I had one a long time ago and while it was good for it's time there are much better designs out there now.
Cheers!

The Stretch is so often overlooked, but one of the best "all arounders" on the market. <NT> granolapaddler New
