	Had 8 carloads of boaters at my house last Sat and we all did the upper to Garden Hole.  Will have some newbies Sat from NC and will be going real slow.   That works to my advantage because I'm in it for the play.   I go every Sat and Sun.  My patched up from five years of abuse Red Fred Twintip does tend to embarass some people!  Me, nah, I'm too old to be embarrased. I always boat the Upper Gauley, but rarely run the Fork at release anymore, I have lost too many buds.   Please take these guys advice seriously. We are usually at my house at 9:30 and at takeout setting shuttle 10:30 but with NC driving up Sat? gene
