Take a look at the specs. It is a super fast, with hard carving edges, and 4 adjustable fin boxes. It basicly looks like a short surfboard with a kayak shell stuck on top. But if you truely want the surf feel and plan to spend most of your time in the surf, go for an all out surf boat, but you will pay a lot more for those. Valley has a great series of plastic surf boats and they are one of the leaders in the industry. But if you are set on a whitewater boat that does great in the surf and can park & play on the rivers, or run a few, check out the Squashtail.
