I am VP of tech services for University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (25+ hospitals, 50,000 employees, >7billion annual revenue).

What type of IT are you looking for? I am mostly networking, internet dev and telecom but know others in different silos.

Search www.upmc.com for job leads and let me know if you find something you are interested in. We are also expanding internationally with hospitals in Italy, Ireland, England, Qatar, etc. etc.

Pittsburgh's good year round boating-- Northern WV in our backyard and the Yough (upper/lower) with year round releases.
