note Woodall Shoals Hydraulic New

The gauge at Chatooga was at 0.56" yesterday so we took a look at woodall shoals at that water level. I could kind of see how it could be a nasty hyrdraulic. Anyone have some good photos or diagrams of what exactly is going on there to create the perfect keeper hole? Does the water flow back under the rock? At what level is it really nasty?
