	you can get it at a dive shop. sand both surfaces first, then clean with rubbing alcohol. you want to coat both surfaces 2 or 3 times, and let each coat dry 6-8 hours, then the final coat just let it dry to no longer wet (slightly tacky--10 minutes). Then stretch it over a cockpit rim or something when you push them both together and press it together hard. SO, coat it with glue first unstretched, then stretch it to do the actual seaming and leave it stretched for 8 hours while drying. Stephen
