Hey I have been out of the loop so apologies if this has been discussed to death. Anyway, I placed an order for a new skirt 5 weeks ago and to my knowledge it still has not shipped. When I call to verify status the machine is full and when I email I get no response. From BT searches it sounded like they were back in operation in Canada. Any recent updates?
Anyway, I need a new skirt but I don't even have a way to cancel my order since I can't get any human contact. I am probably going to wait another day or so and see if the public post elicits any beta before I explore my other options.
