note Drysuit zipper ? New

I just got a "new" used drysuit and had a question about the ammount of pressure that needs to be exerted to zip/unzip it.  It seems like I am pulling really hard which I assume is normal as there is a waterproof seal and wanted to get some opinions.  If it should be an easy smooth pull which it isn't any reccomendations on a zipper lube.
